Refund & Cancellation Policy

Important Consumer Notice for Virtual Goods:All items sold on the Cyber Network webstore are intangible, digital virtual licenses delivered immediately into the Minecraft game environment. By completing a transaction, you acknowledge that automated delivery begins immediately.

1. Standard Policy: Non-Refundable Nature

Due to the instantaneous and digital nature of Minecraft server ranks, kits, and in-game privileges, all sales are final and non-refundable once the perks have been delivered to your in-game username.

Unlike physical products, virtual permissions cannot be physically returned once redeemed and enjoyed within the game.

2. Technical Delivery Failure Guarantee

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If money was successfully deducted from your bank or UPI account, but you did not receive your rank in-game within 15 minutes due to a server connection timeout or network maintenance:

Resolution Process:

  1. Join our official Discord community: https://dsc.gg/cyber-network.
  2. Open a #billing-support ticket with your Order ID (e.g. `CN-170948...`) and payment transaction receipt.
  3. Our staff will verify the transaction log within 12–24 hours and either:
    • Immediately force-grant your purchased rank via console, OR
    • Issue a 100% full refund back to your original payment method if you prefer not to wait.

3. Server Bans & Punishments

Purchasing a rank does not grant immunity from server discipline. If you violate server rules (such as cheating, hacking, scamming, or toxicity) and are banned or muted by our moderation team, you will not be eligible for any refund. We maintain zero tolerance for rule breakers regardless of rank status.

4. Chargeback & Fraud Policy

Opening an unauthorized chargeback or dispute claim through your bank, UPI provider, or credit card without first contacting our support team is considered fraud.

Automated Security Blacklist:Accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks are automatically and permanently blacklisted from all Cyber Network servers, Discord communities, and future store access.

5. Cancellation of Orders

Because orders are fulfilled within 2 seconds of payment confirmation, orders cannot be canceled after payment is completed. You may cancel at any time prior to submitting your payment on the checkout screen without any charges.
