1. Information We Collect
When you interact with Cyber Network services, we collect only the minimal data necessary to provide seamless gaming and automated fulfillment:
- Minecraft In-Game Username: Needed to verify and assign in-game ranks, permissions via LuckPerms, and render your avatar.
- Customer Email: Used exclusively to deliver your digital purchase receipt and order confirmation.
- Connection Logs & IP Addresses: Collected automatically by server firewalls to prevent DDoS attacks, griefing, and unauthorized account takeovers.
2. Payment Security & Non-Storage of Card / UPI Data
Cyber Network never sees, processes, or stores your sensitive financial credentials. All financial transactions are processed securely through certified, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateways (such as Razorpay).
Your UPI PIN, debit/credit card numbers, CVVs, and netbanking credentials are encrypted directly between your device and the payment gateway. We only receive a cryptographically signed confirmation token (`razorpay_payment_id`) to verify fulfillment.
3. How We Use Your Data
The collected information is used solely for the following operational tasks:
- Instant delivery of in-game privileges across Practice Duels, Lifesteal SMP, and subservers.
- Order receipt delivery and payment verification.
- Server moderation, leaderboards, and public ELO/KDR profile tracking.
- We strictly do not sell, rent, trade, or monetize player personal information to third-party advertisers.
4. Cookies & Local Storage
Our web platform uses essential cookies and local storage tokens for session authorization (such as Supabase authentication and Google OAuth sign-in) and caching store preferences. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though doing so may prevent logging into the player dashboard.
5. Data Deletion Requests
Players retain the right to request deletion of their web account records and linked statistics. You can initiate a data removal request by opening a support ticket in our official Discord community.
